One way to rate wines if by how "dry" they are


Here each wine is a different grade according to its style.
White wines are graded from 1 (bone-dry) through to 5 (sweet).

Reds are graded according to their weight or how they feel on tasting, from light to medium to full-bodied.

If you taste two of these wines you will appreciate a world of difference between them.
