Order, Delivery and Shipping Policies

Email & Online Orders
ONLINE /email orders are guaranteed available for pickup or delivery 24 hours after the order is placed.
Depends on product availability-you'll be notified if product is out of stock

Most times orders are ready sooner and we will notify you by phone and/or email, so please leave adequate contact information.  

Delivery Payment
CASH –  We do not accept bills larger than $20.00 and will carry change only to the nearest $20.00 amount.

CREDIT CARD – We will process your credit card transaction, over the phone, before we leave the store
You will be required to show the credit card and verifying photo ID upon delivery
If the credit card and ID do not match you will not be given your delivery

CHECKS – Checks will be pre-processed by phone prior to delivery
You will be required to show the checks and a matching - verifying ID upon delivery
If the checks and photo ID do not match you will not be given your delivery 
 

Shipping Policies

Out-State (within MN) Deliveries
Mac’s Liquor uses Fed-Ex to deliver its merchandise outside the metro area.  Costs include; product, taxes, shipping materials and  current ground shipping rates. We will notify you of the shipping costs prior to shipping.
 

Mac’s recommends that you use a daytime business address for all deliveries.
A person 21 years of age must be available at the time of purchase to sign for the delivery.

If the delivery is incomplete (i.e. no one was available to sign for it), the sender will be charged for any additional fees associated with second or third attempts at delivery.

Out of State Liquor Shipping Regulations
Mac’s Liquor is not allowed to ship Liquor  (other than wine/beer) to any addresses
out-side the state of Minnesota.
 

Out Of State Non-alcohol Shipping Regulations
Wine and Bar Accessories, glassware, gourmet food items, as well as Gift Baskets without alcohol can be shipped locally and anywhere in the United States.  You may later add your own alcohol, but gift baskets containing alcohol must follow the above guidelines.

Out Of State Shipping for beer and wine
By Law our beer and wine  shipping destinations are restricted to these states:  AK, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IN, LA, ME, MN, MO, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, SC, SD, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV & WY
 

Mac’s Liquor fully complies with shipping regulations set forth by states who accept wine shipments from Minnesota. Gift baskets which include wine also must follow these restrictions. We can ship wine to: AK, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, LA, MI, MN, NE, NV, NH, ND, OR, SC, TX, VA, WA, WY. At this time, we are prohibited from shipping wine to any state not listed. For some states, it is illegal for anyone to ship wine into that state without the proper permits. Additionally it is even  considered a felony to ship wine to some states (these are marked with an asterisk*): AL, AR, DE, FL*, IN*, KS*, KY*, MA, MD*, ME, MI, MS, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, SD, TN*, UT*, VT.
