Pinot Noir at Mac's
 (Pee noh nwahr) Pinot Noir is lighter in color than Cabernet or Merlot wine. It has relatively high alcohol, medium-to high acidity, and medium-to-low tannin unless it is oak barrel aged. Its flavors and aromas can be very fruity - often like mixed red berries -or earthy and woodsy depending on how it is grown and/or vinified.

These wines are typically dry and have a medium body.

Alexander Valley Pinot Noir
Anapamu Pinot Noir - Excellent value wine for the price.  Drinkable fruit and acid balance.  Light enough for fish but fruit enough for mildly seasoned or grilled meats. 
Beaulieu Vineyard  Beaulieu (BV) Coastal - Pinot Noir
Delicious red cherry, berry & spice notes and a hint of oak. Excellent with grilled salmon, veal pork & beef. Vinted & bottled in Sonoma, California.
Cambria Vineyard  Cambria - Pinot Noir
This Pinot Noir fruit is the hallmark of Santa Barbara County's Santa Maria Beach. Aged for 10 months in French Oak, the wine displays ripe cherry & plum flavors with tosty aromas. This is a very elegant wine with a rich mouthfeel & velvety texture. Vinted & bottled in Santa Maria, California.
Camelot Vineyard  Camelot - Pinot Noir
A tapestry of flavors, showcasing lush, ripe fruit underscored by subtle complexities. Pairs well with portabello mushrooms, grilled salmon or roasted lamb. Vinted & bottled in Santa Rosa, California.
Clos Du Bois Vineyard  Clos Du Bois - Pinot Noir
This wine tastes great with pasta marinara, peppercorn steak & grilled salmon. Produced & bottled in Geyserville, California.
Fetzer Vineyards  Fetzer - Barrel Select - Pinot Noir
Sweet cherry & vanilla flavors with a hint of mint create an elegant wine with a smooth velvety mouthfeel. Herb-roasted poultry, grilled salmon & roast lamb are superb accompaniments to this flavorable Pinot Noir. Produced & bottled in Hopland, California.
Gallo of Sonoma Vineyard  Gallo of Sonoma - Russian River Valley - Pinot Noir
This wine was aged in the finest oak barrels to yield flavors of ripe cherries and a soft vanilla finish. Vinted & bottled in Healdsburg, California.

Lindemans  Lindemans Bin 99 - Pinot Noir
Lindemans has sourced cool climate grapes from premium South Australian vineyards to crate this Bin 99 Pinot Noir, allowing the production of wine of consistantly high quality. This wine shows attractive cherry and strawberry flavours with a hint of rhubarb and soft rounded tannins. This Bin 99 Pinot Noir will undoubtedly evolve further with proper cellaring. Established in 1843, Lindemans has been producing fine varietal wines for more than 150 years.
